Gambit Guard

Enemy field guide

Identify every creep and learn how it moves, strikes, and breaks a sealed route.

All six enemies

Hunters route toward the King. Pilgrims cross the Power Edge, gain 25% maximum health, 10% speed, and 35% strike damage, then return to hunt the King. With no route, creeps attack a reachable defender until a breach opens.

  • Painted Scamp enemy

    Scamp

The balanced front-line creep, with standard movement and strike pressure. It follows whichever objective it was assigned.

  • Painted Runner enemy

    Runner

The fastest creep and the most frequent striker. Each hit is lighter, but its speed quickly punishes open routes.

  • Painted Brute enemy

    Brute

A slow, tough siege enemy with heavy hits. It can attack shortcut blockers and smash a breach even before its main route fully closes.

  • Painted Shield enemy

    Shield

A tough, steady advance with strong, measured strikes. It follows its assigned Hunter or Pilgrim objective.

  • Painted Wisp enemy

    Wisp

A quick source of rapid, light strikes. Its mobility keeps pressure on the route while it pursues its assigned objective.

  • Painted Checkmate Golem boss

    Boss — Checkmate Golem

The toughest, hardest-hitting boss. Like the Brute, it uses siege behavior to attack shortcut blockers and force open a route.
